By placing an order with Chertok’s Furniture, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

Service Area

• Delivery is available in Southeast Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware, Northeast Maryland, and Central and Southern New Jersey.
• We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

• In-stock items are delivered within 3 days of order.
• For Special Orders, please contact the store for estimated delivery time.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day; orders after that time are processed the next business day.

Important Notice

• We are not responsible if furniture does not fit into your home.
• Customers must measure doorways, stairways, and entry points prior to delivery.
• If items cannot be delivered due to fit, no refund will be issued  only reselection is allowed

Delivery Issues

• Customers must inspect all items upon delivery or pickup.
• Any damages or defects must be reported to the driver or the store within 24 hours.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and are accepted only for defective or damaged merchandise.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, delivery charges both ways, and any additional handling charges.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Only store credit will be issued.
• A 25% cancellation fee applies to all Special Orders, with store credit issued.
